MHM XXL70 SEMI-AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL BALER

About the MHM XXL70

The MHM XXL70 Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler is engineered to produce bales with dimensions of 1500mm x 1100mm x 1100mm (L x W x H), capable of reaching weights of up to 850kg. This high-capacity baler is designed to efficiently fill a shipping container with fewer than 30 bales, unlike competitor machines that typically require 48 bales and often fall short of the optimal shipping weight of 25 tonnes.

Durability and efficiency are at the core of the MHM XXL70, which comes equipped with wear plates as standard for exceptional serviceability. The machine features a full bale eject system and a portcullis door incorporating anti-wire snap technology, addressing the common issue of bale wire snapping during ejection. Additionally, ripping teeth are included as standard, enabling the XXL70 to handle a wide variety of waste materials with ease.

The MHM XXL70 offers flexible feeding options, starting a spacious 2000mm x 1100mm feed opening, perfect for bulky materials. Additional feeding options such as conveyor feed, trunnion bin lifter, or mechanical feed are also available to meet diverse operational needs. The baler's controls include multi-product selection capabilities, ensuring that maximum bale weights are consistently achieved across different materials. Proudly built in the UK by MHM (UK) LTD, the XXL70 promises unparalleled service and support, reflecting our unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
