MHM XXL60 SEMI-AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL BALER

About the MHM XXL60

The MHM XXL60 is engineered to handle high volumes of waste material with exceptional efficiency, producing bales that measure between 1200mm and 1500mm in length, 1100mm in width, and 1100mm in height. With the ability to generate bales weighing up to 750kg and a throughput of up to 3 tons per hour, depending on the waste stream and loading method, this machine is designed for robust performance and minimal operational effort.

Equipped with advanced controls, the machine offers multi-product selection capabilities, allowing operators to optimize bale weights across various materials. It efficiently produces 32 bales per shipping container, maximizing weight capacity and ensuring cost-effective transportation. The machine features an Automatic Start and Compacting Cycle with Manual Tying, providing seamless operation.

One of the standout features is the Twin Ram Market-leading Portcullis end door, which has been specifically designed to prevent the pulling and snapping of bale wire during ejection. For enhanced durability, the bale chamber comes with wear plates as standard. Additionally each machine can be programmed to run multiple different baling cycles, each tailored to specific products, ensuring consistent bale weights. The inclusion of Ripping Teeth as standard equipment further enhances its ability to manage tough waste streams with ease.
