MHM XL70 SEMI-AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL BALER

About the MHM XL70

The MHM 70XL Semi-Automatic Horizontal Baler is designed to produce highly compact bales measuring 1500mm x 1100mm x 1100mm (L x W x H), with each bale weighing up to 850kg. This impressive baling capacity allows you to fill a shipping container with fewer than 30 bales, in contrast to competitor machines that typically require 48 bales and struggle to achieve optimal shipping weights of 25 tonnes.

Engineered for durability and efficiency, the MHM 70XL comes equipped with wear plates as standard, ensuring exceptional serviceability over its lifespan. It features a full bale eject system and a portcullis door with anti-wire snap technology, eliminating the common issues associated with bale wire snapping during ejection. Additionally, ripping teeth are included as standard, making this baler capable of processing a wide range of waste materials with ease.

The MHM 70XL offers versatile feeding options, starting with a standard 2m wide hopper and a large 1500mm x 1500mm feed opening, ideal for bulky materials. Additional feeding options include conveyor feed, trunnion bin lifter, or mechanical feed, allowing for customization to suit various operational needs. The controls feature multi-product selection capabilities, ensuring that maximum bale weights are consistently achieved across different materials. Proudly built by MHM (UK) LTD in the UK, this machine guarantees unmatched service and support, reflecting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
