MHM XL60 SEMI-AUTOMATIC HORIZONTAL BALER 

The MHM 60XL is a powerful and versatile semi-automatic horizontal baler from MHM UK Ltd, designed for industrial-scale waste management operations. It produces adjustable bale sizes, ranging from 1200mm to 1500mm in length, with a consistent width and height of 1100mm. These bales can weigh up to 750 kg, depending on the material and loading method, making the baler ideal for efficiently handling large volumes of waste.

Capable of processing up to 3 tonnes of waste per hour, the MHM 60XL significantly boosts productivity. Its heavy-duty performance is backed by a compaction force of 60 tonnes, ensuring dense and secure bales. The baler is designed with a full eject system for easy removal of completed bales and features a vertical hydraulic portcullis door for enhanced safety and convenience during operation.

Additionally, the MHM 60XL includes ripping teeth as standard equipment, which improves the handling of tougher materials. The controls offer multi-product selection capabilities, allowing for optimal bale weight across different materials. With the ability to produce up to 32 bales per shipping container, the MHM 60XL maximizes space efficiency and ensures that each container reaches its full weight capacity.
