All plate seams are fully welded and of sufficient duty about the weight being lifted.

 

Wheels are bushed to prevent seizure and for longer service life.

Door hinges are also bushed to avoid seizure when standing for long periods.

Locks have primary and secondary mechanisms and anti-recoil devices.

The door return labyrinth is fitted with a spring clip (or similar) to avoid door springing open
